Opened in 2024, The Pier has worked its way into the hearts of many. With a legendary burger and fries to die for, you may think this is about burgers. And while our Nashville chicken sandwich may be the best you’ve ever eaten. We have weekly changing specials that run the gamut from Vietnamese Ribs, braised beef cheek, to a beautiful and delicate rockfish en papillon.

Chef Cam is Washington State-raised whose cooking is shaped by the Pacific Northwest and refined by training under southern raised chefs. After honing his craft in kitchens across Washington and Colorado. His approach blends seasonal ingredients, strong technique, and a deep respect for quality—creating food that feels both refined and welcoming.
